The hotel and its decor met my expectations. When I checked in early at 4 a.m., I went straight to my room and found a shower leak that made the floor wet. Although it was a bit worrying, I understood that such things can happen with regular use, and maintenance quickly fixed it. The next day, I ordered chicken biryani and noticed hair in the dish. The waiter saw it right away and told me not to eat it, offering a replacement. I thought this might happen during food delivery and chose not to make a fuss. The chef apologized, and I told them it was okay, even joked it might be my own hair as long as the food tasted good. They replaced the biryani and offered extras, which I declined. When I was packing to leave, mostly just a shoulder bag, I realized my watch was missing from beside the bed. Everything else—wallet, cash, laptop, goggles—was there. I remembered posting on Snapchat earlier, then putting the watch on the table near the phone before going to breakfast. I hadn’t noticed the watch missing until checkout since I hadn’t left the hotel or had visitors. I’m puzzled about where my watch went. Although losing a watch isn’t a huge loss and I can get another, the breach of trust and responsibility is unacceptable. I plan to raise this issue in my IT community and share it widely. Many travelers carry many items and may not always remember everything due to busy schedules. This should not be an excuse to take advantage of guests.

I frequently stay at this hotel, which is notable for its clean and peaceful rooms, excellent dining at F5, a wonderful pool and gym area with convenient steam and sauna facilities, and a central location. What truly makes the stays memorable is the attentive and supportive staff. I especially want to highlight Ms Neha Sharma from housekeeping, who consistently goes above and beyond to keep the rooms flawless, and Chef Rajesh for his always helpful demeanor.

While away from home, I really missed the tastes of Mumbai. Then I found the chaat counter wonderfully arranged by Chef Vipin, which immediately drew me in. I am a big fan of bhel puri, and the one made by Chef Divya was exceptional. Each bite took me back to the genuine street-style bhel puri from Mumbai—the ideal mix of crunch, tang, sweetness, and spice. It revived many cherished memories and genuinely felt like a flavor of home. I also want to highlight Chef Swastika for her warm and friendly nature. The team's enthusiasm, hospitality, and careful attention made the whole experience even more special. Thanks to Chef Divya, Chef Vipin, and Chef Swastika for delivering a little taste of Mumbai to me.
