Rooms had a strong unpleasant smell and were not well maintained. Customer service was slow and unresponsive. The property is close to a banquet hall where late-night parties cause significant noise disturbance, making it difficult to rest. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

There was non stop music and noise at night. Looks like from the Gym next doors or some other place right next door. Just could not sleep on both nights. Early in the mrng also the fitness classes Noise was coming(karate or Zumba!). Won’t like to stay here next time at this location.

One of the worst place I ever stayed. Apart from towels nothing is placed in room. Every time you have to go down and request them, even toothbrush because intercom was not working. Booked breakfast included, have a look at the photo of breakfast they provided. Bath room door not get closed properly. Due to this road noise disturbed a lot and I couldn't sleep. Their blinds not covered the window properly, that allows light into the room. I tolerated all this, but water bootle they provided was 4 months old and it's closure was not sealed. I got severe throat infection next morning (look at the pic). Please avoid this pathetic place.

We stayed in hotel for 4 days straight, rooms are clean and neat, a bit smaller than expected.For single sharing itw oudl be okay.They will provide you bucket, tooth kit upon you call to reception.we asked for room cleaning Siva Prasad , who neatly arranged and maintained the room with patience and showing hospitality.

Rooms are good, service is good, clean rooms. Bang on the location for people traveling to North of bangalore. Lots of food spots available near the hotel. But only problem is parking. Hotel doesn't provide parking. We will have to risk by parking on the road side.
