Ivory Studio One Bellandur

This is the worst hotel one can stay in. Hotel manager is so rude, if you have any request it's surely going to be get rejected . Rooms are dusty. Service is awful. In name of breakfast this people give oily puri and sabji with duplicate paneer, I got food poising due to their paneer. And every time you complain manager has his policybook open that it comes from hotel chains. We don't do anything.Better if you avoid this hotel for your stay.

Best corporate stay near Bellandur. It's been 2 days of my 15 days stay provided by my current organization and really nice place. Food is really tasty and all the staff are good.

In general the service of this hotel is too much bad.. they don't even know the besic curtsey.. as per sarai act 1867, hotels or restaurants in India bound to provide minimum facility of any person.. but this hotel has no minimum sence.. before check in timming they are willingly stop to use their latrine.. this is unethical and illegal.. I myself travel different places but never faced this kind of obstruction... Now let's talk about rooms.. AC is not working properly, TV is not working.. there is nothing is good in this hotel regarding which we can talk about.. and specially the service.. sorry to say but I am stunned that they don't have the minimum sence of humour and the minimum curtsey to show to their customers..

The internet reception inside the room was poor. None of the staff there know how to communicate in English which made everything a lot harder. Granted during my official visit the manager of this facility was on medical leave, the owner should have had mechanisms in place to have an assistant manager or someone who knows to communicate in English. Not everyone will know Hindi or the local language. I stayed there for 2 weeks and my experience was extremely poor. The place lacked cleanliness as well. I wouldn’t recommend this facility unless the above are rectified.

Stayed as part of my official visit to Accenture, Bengaluru office at Ecospace BDC7 Tower A & B. Rooms are spacious with geyser, AC. It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included in the room tariff. Maximum of the staffs are Bengali and are helpful in nature.
