Our stay at Hotel Lilac was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel so welcome with their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. This was our first experience in Hotel Lilac, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru (June 2026, 2nd week), we were a bit anxious, but it turned out to be simply awesome!!The reservations, directly from the Hotel authorities (Rashmi Madam from Hotel Corporate office) was easy, smooth & quick. No phone calls, all managed through mail/WhatsApp.The Front-end services were great, Mr Bikram is very good in handling the Guests, taking care of each & everything. Also, the staff at the reception always greeted with warmth & courtesy.The House Keeping team was excellent!!!, the entire premises, room/Bathroom is neat, tidy & super clean."The room service was excellent, and the food served had an homely touch, having reminiscent of home-cooked meals."The Hotel location is great, it is quiet, cool, serene, with residential surroundings. Also, if we just walk a kilometer, we have lot of nice eating joints, shopping etc. A drive of 2-5 mins will have a variety of shopping options in Jayanagar's 4th & 3rd block.Overall, it was a great stay & we would love to experience it again when we visit Bengaluru.

Best part is - once you have stayed out here one doesn't have to give any IDs the next time around. They have a copy in their data base, easing the check-in process.Loved our stay here! Comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.Didn't go for any food options and I am sure it should be wonderful too.
