I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. The reception team as well as the service staff are courteous, responsive, and ensure that requests are attended to promptly.A special mention goes to Front Desk Manager Arun Kumar, who was extremely welcoming and always willing to help with any issues or concerns that arose during the stay. His professionalism and hospitality made a positive difference to the overall experience.The rooftop Bramble Pub is also a nice addition and worth visiting.Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I stayed at this 3-star hotel expecting decent comfort for the price of ’3700, but honestly, it did not feel worth the amount charged. The overall condition felt more like a ’2000 hotel.The booking was for 2 people, yet basic amenities were provided only for 1 person, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The room itself was quite dull and poorly designed, with no proper large window for natural sunlight or ventilation, making the stay feel cramped.For the price they charge, I expected much better service, room quality, and attention to guest comfort. The hotel seriously needs to improve its amenities and overall value for money.
