I had booked the room which can accommodate 2 guests but had mentioned 1 guest and paid full amount. Even then , although the booked room can accommodate 2 guests, I was forced to pay additional 500rs for no reason.. This is completely unfair and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.. By the way, even the person at reception was. careless while talking to us to provide accommodation info. They have no clue about customer satisfaction…

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026We had to stay in UR Comforts for a day due to a water emergency at our home. The reception was kind enough to respond and update on room availability and room types.Got a discount for a executive room.On arrival, they checked all docs for all guests and informed me that my room has been upgraded to Suite room as someone else had booked the executive room.The suite room was big with 2 different queen/king? cots and was very neat. I was in the 5th floor with a sky deck for a walk or a small get together.CCTV cameras were around and everything was good.I had to stay for additional time and they were kind enough to extend the check out time as per my request.Located right in the heart of Jayanagar 4th Block in the shopping complex area surrounded by market and shopping area and restaurants.Definitely will recommend for anyone who wants a hotel in this area.
