Sheets and towels very old and kettle missing so not able to get hot water to drink or for coffee apparently a guy had to come take glass from room and bring hot water back, bathroom not that clean enough
Excellent location also the staff are very good and they are always smiling we got water and other facilities no problem excellent service we would recommend to our family friends thank you for your support and services
Disappointed my stay without no other option stayed in the hotel with my 7months baby.Unpleasant smell in room & the rest room, very old furnitures & not a good infrastructure Inside it's like a godown

I was quite let down by the state of the hotel room. Upon entering, a strong and unpleasant smell hit me, making the room feel dirty and uncomfortable. This odor persisted throughout my entire stay. It was hard to relax or sleep well because of the constant bad smell. A clean and fresh-smelling room is a basic expectation at any hotel, and this room did not meet that. The housekeeping staff should focus more on thorough cleaning, proper ventilation, and removing odors before giving rooms to guests. I also reported the problem to the staff. Overall, the unpleasant smell greatly impacted my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves room cleanliness and upkeep so future guests have a much better experience.
