Avoid booking online and just come here directly. The receptionist does not offer good service. Although the online listing mentioned an AC room, they charge an extra 300rs for AC. A 1 litre water bottle costs 50rs. They seem focused only on money without providing any service. It's better to avoid this place completely!

I reserved the hotel via agoda.com a month before my trip (booked in the first week of May, fully paid; trip in the second week of June). When I arrived, the hotel manager refused to accommodate me. The reason given was that Agoda and the hotel have no direct partnership. Agoda pays FAB Enterprises, which is supposed to pay the hotel, but FAB never paid the hotel for any bookings, even though it collected money from various platforms. So the manager said he couldn't accommodate me. I was chatting with Agoda customer care while Fabhotels was on the phone with the hotel manager. In front of me, the manager told Fabhotels he wouldn't accommodate me, but Fabhotels told Agoda the booking was confirmed. This back-and-forth went on for two hours. Eventually, Fabhotels told me to contact Agoda for a refund. Agoda said they paid FAB and any refund must be approved by FAB. Both Agoda and FAB were misleading the customer. After waiting two hours from 7:45 to 9:45 am following an early bus, I asked for a refund. Agoda said due to a strict non-refundable policy, a full refund might not be possible, which was unfair since the fault was with the booking platforms. I insisted with both Agoda and Fabhotels that since it was their fault, I deserved a full refund. Finally, Agoda said they sent a free cancellation request to Fabhotels, which needed approval. I called Fabhotels, who confirmed receiving the request and said they'd approve it within 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours, they said they still hadn't confirmed and needed 24-48 hours. Agoda said if the refund is approved, it would take 35-40 business days to process, which is unusually long compared to the typical 7-14 days. Meanwhile, the hotel manager, Mr. Guruprasath, said this issue has been ongoing for over two months, with Fabhotels owing around 400,000 in payments, and he informed them he wouldn't accept prepaid bookings after May 31st. The manager had the booking details for a month but never contacted me to say the booking was unconfirmed or that there were issues. This problem also happened in June 2025, when Fabhotels didn't refund but moved me to another branch 30 minutes away from my preferred location. Overall, very poor service from Agoda, Fabhotels, and the hotel itself.
