Honestly I booked this room looking at the good reviews and mainly for the connectivity from yeshwantpur railway station. However, my experience has been close to bad for the following reasons.Pros: 1. Close to Yeshwantpur railway station (10 minutes walk). However it is 20 mins walk away from yeshwantpur metro station. 2. Room is decent and basic amenities like geyser, a small soap and a shampoo sachet is provided.3. Staff are good.4. Safety wise it is decent.Cons:1. The hotel is under renovation. Many electrical work is yet to be completed (photos included for reference)2. Please note that the reception starts from the second floor. The next point is important for people who travel heavy and old people.3. The lift is not functional yet. So do not choose this hotel if you are not ready to climb the stairs. The staff help with luggage if requested.4. There are monkeys living in the area. The iron grill cover outside the window is not yet installed in the room I stayed at. So take caution to keep the windows closed to avoid monkey entering your room. 5. You might need to call the reception if you would like to get water (if you don't have it in your room like mine when I arrived)6. They charge 500 rupees for early check-in or late check-out.
होटल का अनुभव बहुत अच्छा रहा। कमरा साफ-सुथरा और आरामदायक था। स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा और सहयोगी रहा। सर्विस भी समय पर मिली। होटल का माहौल शांत और सुविधाजनक है। कुल मिलाकर मेरा अनुभव शानदार रहा और मैं इस होटल को जरूर recommend करूंगा।
The room, bathroom and bed sheets are very dirty. AC was not working. No lift.
