We booked the classic with balcony and we found out that there was no balcony rooms available adding to that our room was on 4th floor and elevator was not working and the room bed was in horrible shape or condition and the toilet was much dirty was very much dissatisfied

The whole room was dirty and bed bugs were there I got bitten and had to rush to hospital next day morning. The bed was so dirty and room was sooooo pathetic. The worst experience I have had in my life
