Visthara Hotel

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very disrespectful and did not talk properly to us.They also charged us ’3000 extra without any valid reason, which felt like cheating. When we asked for an explanation, they did not respond properly and tried to avoid the issue.This hotel does not treat guests with honesty or respect. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel and choose a better place to stay.Very disappointing experience.

First night was a nightmare, i got sick and went to Manipal hospital treated with antibiotics due to bacterial infections the beds were not done!There is a event hall in the 4th floor of the hotel, where there are parties with very loud music till late in the evening, in addition my room was adjacent to the next building as a party hall, same very loud, i couldn't sleep.They offered me a black coffee during my arrival and it was invoiced!The positive thing i would like to mention the staff in the restaurant and the security people were very friendly and polite and 5 stars to the room attendant, overall a very traumatic experience,i was very surprised that no ond from the hotel management did open any case or follow-up on this very dangerous incident

The restaurant staff was struggling to understand English and Hindi; though they were trying their best. A little more training on how to deal with customers will most certainly help.

Well maintained.. great and quick service. Food is good. Proper hygiene maintained. Clean rooms. Parking available. Overall great stay.

The cleanliness of this hotel was very poor. Rooms and common areas were not maintained properly, and hygiene standards felt neglected. For the price charged, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. Very disappointing experience
