The staff informed us that all rooms were occupied and arranged a temporary room for us instead. Unfortunately, the temporary room was completely unhygienic and unsafe. The room was not cleaned properly, including the pillows and bathroom, which were in very poor condition.Due to these unacceptable conditions, we checked out immediately and booked another hotel at our own expense.We also request Agoda to review and remove this apartment/property from its platform to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.

Most awful experience, restrooms are worse and black in all the rooms , bed had blood stains, Ixigo support also sucks as I called several times and requested for a refund but never got support , will never recommend this useless platform for booking to anyone , also I will surely file a consumer complaint
