The rooms were old and poorly maintained, with broken flooring in several places. The overall condition of the property was disappointing and did not justify the price charged. I would not recommend staying here.
The rooms were in poor condition, and the bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic. After checking in, I requested a refund because the room was not as expected, but the staff refused to process it.The service was equally disappointing. I had to call 5–6 times for basic requests, yet nothing was delivered to the room. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful throughout my stay.Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
I stayed at BNG Grandeur Hotel with my friends, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.The facilities were well maintained, especially the swimming pool, which was clean and neat. It's better to carry nylon swimwear and swimming accessories if you plan to use the pool. If you don't have them, the hotel provides them for a minimal charge.Considering the price, the stay offered great value for money. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of options.One area that could be improved is the overall cleanliness of the rooms. While some rooms were clean and well maintained, a few could have been cleaner.
