Unclean rooms, broken utilities and poor service

Worst rooms ever. Chair broken and unclean bedsheets and pillows. No response from the reception. Hot water tap is broken and not in condition. Neither was the geyser working. Continuous smoking smell even from a non smoking room. Not recommended at all for people who want to stay in a decent space. Scamming by receiving the full money in advance without providing an opportunity to look at the room. Refund was denied as well. All the photos and videos uploaded are fake and not similar to what the property actually is.

Not at all suitable for comfortable stay. Finally we walked out as we felt suffocation. The behavior of the reception guy was rude and unprofessional.

Dont ever book this hotel. This is very pathetic and staff also very bad. I had booked via make my trip. Photos are entirely different from the actual which i attached.I asked hotel and Make my trip also didnt support for refund. Shared photos too. This hotel has no refund policy if you book via make my trip. Please dont book ever

The power points in the room I stayed in weren’t working, the heater didn’t work either. There was debris falling from the AC unit as well. I also saw cockroaches in my room and bathroom. We couldn’t check-in on time to freshen up and were forced to roam around and come back later. Overall, the experience was below average and disappointing because we paid our hard earned money for something not even worth how much was paid.
