FabHotel Ivory Pearl Koramangala - Nr Sony Signal

This was among the worst hotel stays I've encountered. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable. Cleanliness seemed ignored, and the whole place felt unwelcoming and inappropriate, especially for families. Both the ambiance and management fell short of basic expectations. I highly recommend steering clear of this hotel. Please avoid staying here 🙏🙏

Avoid staying at this hotel, especially with family. A few months ago during my trip to Bangalore, they asked me to park my car outside. The next morning, I found my car's front windshield broken. They checked the cameras and claimed to know who did it and promised to fix it. Since I was busy with meetings, I trusted them and agreed. However, they never showed me the footage or introduced me to the person responsible, only gave me a phone number saying it would be fixed by evening. Suspecting something, I extended my stay another day. The next day, they asked me to leave but assured me they would come to my home to fix it. Long story short, they never did. The guy who gave me his number later said he was just a friend and knew nothing. The manager stopped answering my calls. After much arguing, someone sent me only 15K for a windshield that cost 36K plus service charges. Someone even started talking nonsense. I am a company director and don't have time for all these follow-ups. FabHotels should take proper action against such hotels and promoters.

Our experience with Ivory Pearl Rooms, Koramangala was very disappointing. We specified 2 guests at the time of booking, paid accordingly, and provided all details. There was only a chance of a third guest, but it was not confirmed. After confirming, they demanded extra payment, which was never mentioned before. The lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct was evident. I do not recommend this place.

The stay was terrible. Service was lacking, maintenance was poor, and it definitely wasn't worth the cost. I would not come back.

I booked a room that was supposed to be deluxe or standard, with many amenities promised. However, basic items usually found in a typical hotel room were missing. There was no sitting area, no sanitizer, no toilet paper, no toiletries, and no cupboards except a small cabinet without hangers for clothes. The room had only one socket, so charging a phone meant the wire would hang in the air with nowhere to place the phone. There were no bedside sockets, and the faucet gun in the toilet was leaking. When I asked for a water bottle, the receptionist, who was also managing the front desk, said I had to pay Rs. 20 since only one bottle is complimentary.
