Solo Traveller • India • Aug 2026I had the most worst experience ever.As a couple i had checked-in early. We were in our room and suddenly there is no communication with the stafs whatsoever and suddenly they used the master card and opened the door without checking first. Which invaded oir privacy. No shame in this hotel at all, just an apology over text for what they did. They didn't feel sorry at all. It was such an embarrassing moment not only for me what if it was unmarried couples or family anything for that matter and just open the door to come in to fix the AC. As the payment was already made and no refund the entire stay was very scary and unsafe for couples with no security or privacy whatsoever.For the one whos reading this trust me this is an upcoming hotel and please dont book this because its not only about safety and privacy its also with the staff behavior. So if anything goes wrong trust me they will never be sorry rather they will indirectly try to kick you out for their mistakes.
