The location is the only positive aspect; everything else is below standard. The room was not clean. There was no coffee or tea, no bottled water, no toiletries, no non-smoking room option, no proper late-night reception, no adequate towels, and no breakfast despite having paid for it. Just many disappointments.

The location is excellent and the price is reasonable for the area. But don't count on much in terms of service or facilities. The room is basically all that's offered. The shower head had very low water pressure, so I had to use a bucket. There was no shower gel or handwash supplied, just a single soap for all purposes.

Room service was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were poor, and the breakfast quality was far below expectations. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and did not provide value for the price paid.I strongly recommend not choosing this hotel for your trip. The service and cleanliness need significant improvement.
