The elevator malfunctions during rain and there is no maintenance. Rooms have mold and a bad smell everywhere. The bed is extremely dirty. Ultimately, they refused to refund me even though I never stayed there. I had to switch to another hotel without using the room. They couldn't provide any evidence that I booked the room, yet they didn't cancel it on Goibibo.
