The Elite Royale

I had a corporate booking and it was really great. I usually don't care much about food, but this place offered a good breakfast and excellent room service. The hotel is well maintained and the prices are very affordable for direct bookings.

AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL. The rooms shown on their website are completely different from what you actually get when you arrive. We had reserved Executive Rooms well ahead of time, but the room given to us was badly maintained and did not match the quality advertised online. When we brought this up, the staff admitted the issue and offered to move us to another room the next day, which clearly showed they knew the room was not what we booked. When we asked why our reserved room was given away despite booking a week earlier, the conversation became unacceptable. Instead of handling it professionally, a staff member questioned our stay arrangement, saying that "two guys and a girl" should not share a room and that he was "still allowing" us to stay. This was totally inappropriate, unprofessional, and irrelevant to the booking problem. Nowhere on their website or app does it say that guys and girls cannot stay together. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, the staff told us to cancel our booking and leave. The whole experience was disappointing, disrespectful, and far below any acceptable hospitality standard. I strongly recommend others avoid this hotel.

The management is very poor and they are never coordinated with websites like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc. They confirm reservations, but when you arrive at the reception, they deny them and have no explanation for why these websites accepted the booking.

The location is very convenient for staying. There are many food places nearby. The room issue was handled very well.

The ambiance was good.
