1/5 — Extremely Poor ExperienceVery disappointing and unhygienic stay. The room was small and poorly maintained, with cockroaches and bed bugs. The bed/bedding and washroom were unhygienic, and the room had a sticky, unpleasant atmosphere. The room shown/advertised as a Deluxe Room did not match the actual property. Staff were rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Definitely not recommended. 1/5 — Avoid This HotelTerrible experience. Dirty room, cockroaches, bed bugs, unhygienic bedding and washroom.
