When we arrived, they didn't provide the room we booked through FAB, even though we had paid. The receptionist said only one room was available out of the two we reserved. After much discussion, he finally arranged for the second room. It's unfortunate but true.

This hotel is neither good nor safe. The atmosphere is unpleasant, with a strong smell of alcohol and cigarettes. There seems to be a lack of clear communication between the fab and the property staff, causing confusion about the payment. We also experienced issues with the water supply. Additionally, there is a bar located beneath the hotel. I regret selecting this hotel.
