Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere on the bed, floor, bathroom, and throughout the room. It was unhygienic and unacceptable.I had specifically booked this hotel because it advertised 24-hour check-in, but upon arrival I was asked to pay an additional 700 for early check-in. This was not clearly communicated during booking and felt unfair.Overall, the room condition and the extra charges made for a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and guest service.

1/5 — Extremely disappointing stayThis was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced so far. We stayed for 3 days only because the booking was non-refundable.To begin with, the receptionist charged 300 per extra person per day, whereas Agoda showed an extra-person charge of only 50. I let that go, but unfortunately, the problems only got worse.The first room we were given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. The AC wasn’t working, the bathroom lights weren’t working, there was no mirror in the bathroom, and there was no TV — despite these being listed as basic amenities.We were then shifted to another room, but even there several issues remained. The bathroom exhaust wasn’t working, the TV had no signal and certainly didn’t function as the advertised “smart TV with apps,” and the door’s rotating lock knob was broken, which was a serious concern.The listing also mentioned limited laundry service, but when we asked, we were told that there was no laundry service at all.Housekeeping was another major disappointment. There was no proper bathroom doormat, so the bathroom floor would get wet, yet we were told that floor cleaning was only done once every three days. Basic daily cleaning should be expected in a hotel, especially when such issues are easily avoidable.Overall, the room, amenities, maintenance, housekeeping, and service were all far below what was advertised. The experience was genuinely horrible and extremely frustrating. The hotel needs to seriously improve its maintenance, housekeeping, and, most importantly, ensure that the amenities advertised online are actually available.Would not recommend this hotel.Given the significant difference between what was advertised and what was actually provided, I request Agoda to please review this case and consider providing a refund
