I stayed at Regenta Inn Grand Koramangala for a short visit and found the experience to be decent overall. The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to Koramangala, Silk Board, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, with the basic amenities required for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was generally cooperative.The ambience was quiet and suitable for a peaceful stay. While everything was functional and satisfactory, nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. The food and service were okay, and the overall experience was comfortable enough for a brief visit. The hotel offers good accessibility and convenience, making it a practical choice for travelers looking for a short stay in the area. Overall, it was a decent experience and worth considering, though there is room for improvement in some aspects to make the stay more memorable.

1. Food: Terrible quality, daily i have to go outside to have breakfast and dinner as they serve pathetic food.2. Rooms: Small,smelly and who in this world places dental kit, and other items behind commode.3. Location: They are only in business due to their location4. Staff: They are bounded by policies ** not supportive, laundry not available on a regular basis5. Amenities: Gym (two treadmills only) they call it gym, no other amenities.6. BE READY TO PAY FOR ANYTHING.With this price you can definitely get any good hotel anywhere.Don’t get fooled by the ratings and reviews, went there after reading these ratings completely different scenarios

Worst service by the staff, Staff wasn't friendly , and they are misguiding the guests by Displaying as king bed room where in they have only a queen bedroom, and they charge 1200 extra just for the mattress alone, pathetic management and staffs service , Management simply says u can cancel the booking when we asked them y are they misguiding ppl by displaying the queen room as king room. Worst hotel ever , definitely will not recommend it

Stayed in this hotel for more than 5 times in a row and always had the best experience as a female travelling alone. The staff are very helpful and polite. The location is prime with all necessities within 500 metres. Overall if one is looking for a safe and compact stay, this is one of the best to choose from.

Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to several significant issues.Firstly, upon my arrival, I was met with an overpowering smell of sewage that permeated my room. This unpleasant odor not only made my stay uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns regarding the hygiene and maintenance of the facilities. I proceeded to request a room change, anticipating that my new accommodation would be more pleasant. However, to my dismay, the second room also presented similar issues, albeit to a slightly lesser degree.I asked for a full refund, which was again denied by General Manager which led me to stay 4 nights away in another hotel costing me 22000 rupees.My stay at regents supposed to be from 5th March to 12th March, however sadly due to the incidents mention above and a lack of ownership by management I limited my stay to only on the nights of 5th, 8th and 11th March 2026In light of these circumstances, I approached the reception staff to share my concerns and seek an appropriate resolution. Regrettably, I was met with dismissive behavior, as my complaints were denied, and no actionable response was provided. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, particularly from an establishment of your standing.Furthermore, I discovered charges for laundry services on my bill for items I never used. I believe this is an oversight that needs to be rectified promptly.I kindly request a full refund of 22000 rupees the amount I had to spend to stay at other hotel due to your behavior and address these issues, including a review of my account regarding the incorrect laundry charges.
