Business • India • Sep 2026We came here today for the third time. The first two visits had excellent rooms, service, and food, which is why we chose this place to celebrate our child's birthday. We booked three rooms on a weekday, but the food was very disappointing this time. It seemed like only the chef's choice menu was available for small groups. The entire resort was booked for an event the next day, and the staff were busy preparing for it. Our food arrived cold and with very limited options. None of the indoor activities were allowed because the place was being set up for the event, which we were not informed about beforehand. Overall, the service has declined significantly since the management change. Having an event the next day is no excuse to treat current guests poorly. We are very disappointed, especially since we brought our entire extended family here with high expectations.
