SS Lumina Hotel

I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience feel special.

1. Rooms: washrooms don’t have ventilation and fans don’t work, rooms are of ok size.2. Service: Rajasthani restaurant staff is good.3. Extras charges: If you get 2 bottles don’t ask for third as they will charge more than MRP.4. Amenities : Nothing just come to the room & sleep.

The male receptionist was very carefree n hardly gave any attention to the customer when came to check the hallWe wanted to see the banquet hall and he did not even move from his desk n just let the helper boy assist us. Was on call n did not care!I did not like his attitude n hence did not even consider booking the hallReply to the response received from the receptionistDear Sir,With all due respect, I do not agree that is how you treat a customer who walk into your hotel.You could at least,1. Check with us who assisted us in talking to us on phone to see the hall and contacted that person, bring them into the venue if possible, otherwise you yourself could have assisted us. But you chose not to do that! You just treated as if we are just another customer in the hotel and you let it aside.2. We are the ones who are willing to pay such huge amount to avail your services. So you could at least give some attention into receiving us well, although you did have another customer, which I understand. And eventually you were on a call. And I repeatedly came to you and asked if is there somebody really coming to assist us in seeing the hall. You still seemed unbothered. You could be more attentive.3. Sending a helper boy to show us the venue was totally inappropriate. He was ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS about anything we asked about the hall. All he replied was, "we will show you the photos and then you can decide later". If it were anybody incharge to the hall, had shown us the venue, I am very sure we would be convinced about the concerns that we had, but you failed to do that.4. When we left, you did not even bother to move to ask why we are leavinf without having a word with you. That shows how interested you were in providing service to us!!The attitude you put forward was not what was expected from a prestigious 3 star hotel like yours and for the reviews you have gained online, which is why we were forced to leave n choose an alternateAlso i don't understand where you saw me lose my patienceFor a reception that hardly had any guests, it was too much of ignorance you showed, hence my response.Anyway, thank you.

Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Food is great too. The head chef, biplab makes amazing food

Wonderful and very friendly staff. Biplab the chef takes care of your food very meticulously and cooks delicious food. He is very attentive and checks on you every now and then . Pramila and Shimre in the restaurant staff during buffet breakfast are very pleasant , smiling and serves every request with smile . I love staying in SS Lumina.
