My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were courteous, kind, and supportive, with Miss Choi providing excellent assistance. The rooms were tidy and cozy. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I would certainly suggest this hotel to others. I am eager to return!

Stayed here for a night. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable.The biggest drawback was the service. Although the room has an intercom, no one answered calls, whether it was the reception or housekeeping. It was frustrating to have to go down to the front desk every time we needed something.The property itself is quite large and the location is good, but the lack of responsiveness from the staff affected the overall experience. With better customer service, this place could be much better.
