My stay at SRS Suite Hotel was fantastic. The team was warm, professional, and hospitable, providing excellent service the entire time. The rooms were roomy, tidy, and cozy. I especially want to acknowledge the manager, who was very supportive and always willing to help with any requests. All in all, a very enjoyable visit. I strongly recommend it!

There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke coming from the vents especially that of the bathroom. Upon requesting a room change the staff informed us that another room is not available and a lower grade of room was available. That was an underwhelming experience as we had paid for executive suite. This marred our overall stay there.
