Rude staff, poor service and unexpected extra charges

this platform listed this place with breakfast included and I did put a note for the hotel asking question regarding the breakfast but neither hotel nor this platform got back to me. I found out that they only provide the stay when i checked in. this platform never responded to the complain i raised so apart from that the place is good, clean and staff was helpful too.

Solo Traveller • India • Aug 2026The location is a bit inside Yelenhnka, but the main issue is that all the staff and workers are very arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. They don't answer questions properly, and the service is very poor—just direct washing and bed making. When I asked for normal water before checkout, they told me to leave quickly as checkout time was near, and when I requested water again, they brought it but rudely told me to vacate the room quickly. Sir, ma'am, nothing is good, all the staff are useless. When you come to the hotel offline, they charge you 1500, whereas online it's 1000. Only 2 or 3 staff members are somewhat decent. Please don't come here.
