The place is poorly managed and needs alot of operational improvements.I booked for a double occupancy room but the amenities placed were for a single person.Hot water facility was not available.A clear instructions manual or a contact list was not available.Issues with the Air Conditioners.
WARNING ‼️ NOT RECOMMENDED The property manager never answers calls or emails, and the staff there are unhelpful. They made me contact booking.com before check-in and did not provide a bill for the room I stayed in! There is also no hot water. I only chose Olive Hotel because it is close to the airport.
