Overall experience was really good with this place and would definitely recommend that Mr. Ranganathan and the manager were the most helpful people out there with the other staffs as well also the food and other facilities were good here.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of appalling.My wife and I booked a **King Room with breakfast included** for one night. On arrival, the lady at the front desk informed us that we had to pay **an additional amount just to get the King Room we had already booked.** Otherwise, she insisted we take a twin room with two separate beds. After driving all the way from Hyderabad and continuing onward to Coimbatore, we were exhausted and had little choice but to pay the extra amount.The unpleasant surprises didn't end there. When I requested a simple plate to eat some fruits in our room, the same lady demanded **’100 as a "cleaning charge"** for the plate. I even offered to wash and return it myself, but she flatly refused. I declined the plate.The following morning, we planned to leave early for Coimbatore. We requested tea, but were told it could not be served. We then asked for the breakfast that was included in our booking, only to be informed that breakfast would not be available before **8:00 AM**. Since we couldn't wait, I requested a refund of the breakfast charges (approximately ’450). Instead of responding, the gentleman at the front desk simply walked away without even acknowledging the request.This hotel appears to have little regard for customer service, fairness, or basic hospitality. Charging extra for a room that was already booked, demanding money for a plate, refusing to accommodate guests leaving early despite charging for breakfast, and then ignoring a legitimate refund request is completely unacceptable.I travel frequently, and this ranks among the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Stay elsewhere if you value honest service and respectful treatment.
