My stay at this hotel in Tirupati was the worst I've ever had. The staff and customer service were very disappointing. I want to point out a staff member named Raja who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when we interacted. He acted like he owned the hotel and even told us, "Don't come and stay here." I've never encountered such unacceptable behavior from hotel employees. Instead of assisting guests, he showed us complete disrespect. This attitude is totally unacceptable in hospitality. I regret choosing this hotel and would not suggest it to anyone. There are many better hotels in Tirupati where guests are treated with respect and professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff, especially Raja, so future guests don't face the same issues.

There are suspicious reviews all over. I stayed here for a few nights. The room was okay, acceptable for the price I paid, but nothing special. The food was also not outstanding. There seem to be many fake reviews praising one kitchen staff member (Chef Nishant), with most reviewers having only 1-3 Google reviews. Customers should think carefully and do their own research. Be cautious, this place is not deserving.
