1. No maintenance at all — rooms are full of dirt.2. Many food items are unavailable after 8 PM. They either say “out of stock” or tell you it will take 1 hour to prepare.3. The swimming pool is the worst. You may easily get allergies. When we complained, they said the pool is open to the sky, so dust falls into it and they don’t do proper filtering regularly.4. If you book your room online, they still try to charge at least 3000 extra from you.5. The AC only makes noise, but you won’t actually feel any cooling. If you complain, they just come, check, and give you a tower fan.6. No one picks up the phone if you call the hotel for confirmation or any queries.7. Please choose some other hotel. Don’t trust the hotel photos — they were clearly taken long back. This is the real truth about this hotel based on our experience.8. Only the ground floor entrance looks good.
