We stayed 2 nights in different rooms. First night was good, after getting a cancellation from our next hotel we booked a second night in Bloom and it was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. It was a twin room on the 5th floor in the middle of the building and therefore without any window. On top this room was located directly next to the kitchen and massive noise of blenders and cooking started very early morning. I felt like sleeping in a kitchen closet of the hotel for about *** without even included breakfast. The TV didn't work either. There was no information that this room category has rooms without window. I'm claustrophobic, I would have never booked it. Unfortunately we checked in late in the night and we had to put up with it as it was the last available room.
I stayed in another Bloom before and expected a similar service/facility. The rooms are tiny but sufficient, water, coffee and tea are available unlimited. Beds are comfortable, AC works fine, Bathroom is clean. Only down point was the breakfast buffet. The coffee from the CCD machine tasted weird, the food and drinks options overall were very limited and not refilled, when we reached we found only leftovers of everything. The tables were not set up for new guests, the buffet area was looking unorganised and dirty, breakfast overall was disappointing here as there was nobody to take care of the guests or the food areas. I was looking forward to it as my previous experience in Bloom Mumbai especially for breakfast variety, service and coffee was so amazing.
Good room at the city centre... Not very spacious, but definitely has got everything you need... Could improve the menu
