FabHotel Champion Gateway - Yelahanka

Our check-out was scheduled for 11 AM on July 3rd, but we were an hour late. The staff charged us 1,000 for the late check-out, which we felt was totally unfair. We wouldn't have paid if the staff hadn't started using abusive language when we asked them to reconsider. Additionally, the room cleanliness was not up to standard.

The person at check-in was extremely rude, one of the worst I've encountered. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. I only stayed because my family booked it for a wedding. I would never consider staying here again.

This hotel stay was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. The property looks very different from the pictures online. The rooms were badly kept, dirty, and missing basic facilities. The bedsheets and pillowcases were old and dirty, the bathroom was poorly maintained, the Wi-Fi was spotty, and hot water was not reliable. They didn't even provide free drinking water. The reception staff were the biggest problem—they were rude, intimidating, and unprofessional. Instead of assisting us, they spoke threateningly and showed no care for guests. At one point, we were stopped from leaving for almost two hours, causing us to miss an important conference. None of our reasonable requests were handled with any customer care during our stay. To top it off, we were forced to pay an extra ₹1,000, which felt like harassment and unfair treatment. The hotel entrance is hard to find, signage is minimal, and overall upkeep is poor. The place does not match the online description or photos. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and picking a place that respects professionalism, honesty, and good customer service.
