Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

This is my go-to stay whenever I visit Bangalore. The staff is very sweet and kind. I arrived at 3 AM and the check-in was seamless. They even offered to get food made especially for me since I had arrived from a long journey. The bell desk person even recognized me from my previous stay!The rooms themselves are a little dated and could use some improvement, but the location and staff make this hotel very appealing. This was also the first time I used their fitness center, which is well equipped. They have added some new touches since my previous visit, like the pleasant flautist in the lobby. I also had the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety of options. It helps if you go earlier than later, since it could get pretty crowded. I will definitely be staying here again during my next visit!

We’re staying at Taj MG Road and want to give a heartfelt thank you to Chef Swami and Suraj.My partner and I have medical dietary restrictions (we’re undergoing Ayurvedic treatment), and Chef Swami prepares customized meals for us with so much care and understanding. The food is not only perfectly suited to our needs, but also incredibly delicious and nourishing.Chef Swami is kind, attentive, and truly cares, he always checks in and makes us feel personally looked after. Suraj is wonderful as well, always helpful and welcoming.Their warmth, professionalism, and the amazing food made a big difference in our stay. We’re very grateful!!

Today I had a wonderful birthday dinner with my family today at the Taj Hotel, MG Road, Bangalore, and it was truly a memorable experience. The food was exceptional’delicious, perfectly balanced, and presented with true five-star elegance. The warm, graceful service made my birthday celebration feel very special and personal.A heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Govindaraju, Senior Captain, who went above and beyond to make our family birthday dinner unforgettable. He took special care of every detail, ensured our comfort throughout the evening, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His excellent menu knowledge, polite approach, and thoughtful attention added great value to our celebration. Mr. Govindaraju’s professionalism and kindness truly reflect the highest standards of Taj hospitality. He made my birthday evening extra special with his sincere service.My sincere thanks also to Mr. Victor (Senior Captain), Mr. Nilakanta, and Mr. Putta Raju for their attentive support and excellent service. Had a wonderful stay at Taj MG Road, with excellent service, warm hospitality and very good food throughout. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for work as well as going out. Overall, it was a superb and memorable experience and I would gladly stay here again.Would just like to mention that the in-room media/entertainment system had a small glitch, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Hopefully this minor issue can be fixed, because everything else about the hotel was truly top-notch.

Quite old property but situated in an amazing location.Good place for office conference but not for weddings.Main course was average but starters were good.The dinning area for conference or events infront of halls was very small. It's very difficult to take food from buffet as lots of people and less space.Overall clean and properly maintained.Service staff was very attentive.
