The Zuri Whitefield Bangalore

We hosted a cocktail dinner event for around 30 guests on 26th February. The banquet sales team provided excellent support throughout the planning and execution, and Ashish was especially helpful and responsive. The hall felt slightly small for our group size, but the team managed the arrangements well to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, a good experience for our event.

I stayed at The Zuri recently and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel has a classy and comfortable vibe, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted nice.However, a few areas felt slightly dated and service was a bit slow during busy hours. Still, the overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. A good choice for both business and leisure, with some scope for improvement.

As a person staying at this place for more than a week, the services are extremely inconsistent. One day they might be too good and other day a two star hotel feels better. The interiors are really freaky ( unless you’re ok with black and white spooky colours). The staff seems to be so lost and inconsistent in communication.The food which i thought until now was good has also shown its colours in truest sense. I found the walnut shells in inside the broken walnuts for cornflakes. As expecting parents and otherwise, seems too dangerous for consumption. Upon special request, the chef wasn’t able to deliver avocado.Highly recommended to consider other options if budget allows. A really poor experience stay at Zuri.

Food: Breakfast BuffetThe breakfast spread at Zuri Whitefield was extensive, offering both Western and local Indian options. Since there were simply too many dishes to sample, I focused mainly on the Western selection ’ and it did not disappoint. The bakery counter was the highlight: perfectly flaky croissants, soft brioche buns, and beautifully layered pastries that were warm, buttery, and fresh. The variety of breads and pastries alone could make a meal. The hot section featured classics like baked beans, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and grilled meats, all prepared well and served hot. Even the simple noodle salad was thoughtfully seasoned and refreshing. Overall, the buffet showcased quality, variety, and consistency, making breakfast one of the stronger experiences during the stay.Service:Service did not fully match the luxury of the property. I had to call room service multiple times to request a steam ironing kit, and the delay was noticeable. A hotel of this standard should ideally be more prompt and proactive.Location:Located in the heart of Whitefield, the hotel strikes a balance between peaceful surroundings and the buzz of Bangalore’s business district’ideal for business and leisure stays.Sustainability:Nothing specific stood out in terms of eco-friendly practices during my stay.

The staff here makes this place special. Their attention to detail, courtesy and responsiveness.was stellar. I made minor requests everyday from an iron board, to weighing my suitcases, food preferences and the way the staff handled these made my stay extremely comfortable. The good food, clean rooms, and the gym were added bonuses. Breakfast dosa and their cappuccino is awesome. I'll definitely come back to Zuri.They even packed a takeaway breakfast along with a cappuccino as I had a super early morning flight. The reception staff also placed two bottles of water in the airport drop off car.The staff here should be acknowledged and rewarded for excellent hospitality.Price is definitely competitive.Minor feedback - the weighing scales in the room and the gym don't seem to be working. I would either fix them or remove them. The food at the Karibu is good but a little on the higher side for personal stays. If the hotel wants to increase footfall to the restaurant from outside (not guests), they could consider a slightly more competitive pricing.
