If you prioritize customer service and hospitality, I would advise you to consider a different hotel. During breakfast, I asked for a simple favor—to pack one vegetarian muffin—but my request was denied outright, with staff citing it as "against policy." The chef commented that guests "take too much food," which led to the ban on such requests. Later, I was offered one muffin as a "one-time gesture," but I declined since my concern was about basic respect, not free food. What upset me most was that this happened in front of my team. I have always recommended this hotel to colleagues, but the way I was treated was embarrassing and did not meet the standards expected from a premium hotel. Having stayed at ITC, Sheraton, Marriott, and other top chains, I know what hospitality means. A truly customer-focused hotel would never make a guest feel unreasonable for asking for a single muffin. This experience has changed my view of the hotel entirely. There are many other hotels with better service, more respect for guests, and a warmer atmosphere. Based on this, I cannot recommend staying here. I will also be sending a detailed email to the hotel management about this incident.

Kamaraj provided great advice on workouts. Additionally, Payal, Seetha, Jay Prasad, and the entire team were amazing at every interaction. This will be my first experience in Bangalore.

The check-in process was excellent. Ram at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, clearly explaining all the hotel details. It was wonderful to receive such a warm welcome after a long flight. The restaurant team, including the Sous Chefs and Main Chefs, were extremely supportive and the food was fantastic. One night, the Asian Sous Chef made momos in the lounge, which were incredibly tasty. The lounge staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were professional, kind, and accommodating. I was upgraded to the Ren Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. I really love this hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience. I visited my friend at the hotel during breakfast, and although I didn't eat, we sat together in the restaurant. Staff kept approaching us—at least 10 different people—saying only one person could have breakfast, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Worse, I was charged ₹1475 just for sitting with my friend without eating. When I spoke to the manager, I was promised a refund, but after 12 working days, I still haven't received it. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. As of July 14, I still have not gotten my refund.
