Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel

Fantastic hotel like the other reviews - highly recommended for business or leisure.First time staying in Renaissance as I've usually stayed ITC in Bangalore - but I was very impressed by the level of service, thoughtful decor, and great food at Renaissance. Shower was fantastic, soap was high quality. Bedding was super comfortable. Restaurant had nice outdoor seating too.Special shout-out to the staff - they were friendly and courteous from start to finish. Whether it's front reception, house cleaning, or room service - I thoroughly enjoyed the service at every point.Like the other reviews said, this should be 5/5 - this will certainly be my go-to for business stays in future!

I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, and the experience truly exceeded expectations.The customer concierge service was excellent, with a smooth and immediate check-in that set the tone for the stay. The breakfast buffet at Lush deserves special appreciation ’ the variety was outstanding, ranging from South Indian staples like dosas and idlis to a full American breakfast spread, all done exceptionally well.A special mention to Master Chef Jai Prasad and the entire restaurant team for their warmth and hospitality. They personally checked in on us, made us feel completely at home, and even prepared some extra special items upon request, which was a lovely touch.The concierge, Nishi Pandey, was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to honor our special requests, making the stay even more comfortable.Overall, it was a fantastic experience with outstanding service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I am not sure why this property has a 4.3 On Google review. In my opinion it should be a 5/5. Was skeptical seeing the 4.3 rating but since I always stay at Marriott properties I trusted the brand and went ahead and I don't regret the decision. Brilliant customer service at the breakfast counter....the MasterChef Jai Prasad takes care of every single guest. He is very polite to everybody and even with his co workers. This man is a genius with this culinary skills...thumbs up to the service and the hotel...

Amazing hospitality and staff....All the staff people were kids friendly and ttentive with happy faces!!Loved the food ’’Chefs treated us with delicious food’’From chefs,hotel staff to laundry guy evryone attended us very well....It was an wholesome experience specially travelling to with kids’’

Had booked a stay here specifically for the racecourse view, but was disappointed to be given a room with absolutely no visibility of it. During check-in, the receptionist confirmed that the room had a view; however, during checkout when I told them there was no view, I was told that the view rooms were unavailable due to renovation, hence they couldn’t procur oneWhen I asked why such rooms were still listed (and charged extra as ’racecourse view’), the staff shifted the blame to their partner for not updating the listing ’ which came across as highly unprofessional.The least they could have done was to be upfront about it at check-in instead of quietly allocating a non-view room and waiting to see if the guest would notice. Such handling is not what one would expect from a five-star property.
