Staff was like we are Running out without paying Money,was asking to pay Tariff everyday,Pathetic.Even water of Rs 20 not given as not paid at the time of Delivery at room,So many cocoroaches in room ,Not worth of paying huge Rent,Very Noisy at 3 am in morning,dont know what staff was doing.

The staff acted as if we were trying to leave without paying, demanding the tariff payment every day, which was terrible. They didn't even provide water costing Rs 20 because it wasn't paid for at delivery to the room. There were many cockroaches in the room, and the high rent was not justified. It was very noisy at 3 am, and I have no idea what the staff was doing.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. Their service was the highlight of our stay.Special thanks to Yusuf for his excellent hospitality and prompt assistance throughout our stay.However, the hotel’s facilities were quite disappointing and in urgent need of renovation. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor outside the rooms, the ceilings in several areas were open and poorly maintained, and the overall upkeep of the property was below expectations. Additionally, some of the washroom taps were not functioning properly, which added to the inconvenience.While the staff deserve appreciation for their excellent service, the management should focus on improving the maintenance and infrastructure of the hotel to provide a better guest experience.

The hotel staff were very polite, accommodating, and quick to address any questions or needs. Their service was the best part of our visit. A special thanks to Yusuf for his outstanding hospitality and swift help during our stay. On the other hand, the hotel's facilities were quite unsatisfactory and badly needed renovation. There was a bad odor in the hallway outside the rooms, several ceilings were exposed and poorly kept, and the general maintenance of the property was below what we expected. Also, some taps in the bathrooms were not working well, which caused extra trouble. Although the staff's excellent service is commendable, the management should prioritize upgrading the hotel's maintenance and infrastructure to enhance the guest experience.

The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The reception area features attractive interiors and a welcoming lobby. The complimentary breakfast is decent.
