excellent value for money. spacious room in good locality. staff was great. wonderful service by the lady at the reception desk. linen was worn out but clean. breakfast was quite good and the covered roof top area where it was served was very nice in february. fresh dosa and omlette were provided which was great! hot water shower available at all hours of the day. kettle fridge provided. small safe in the room. good housekeeping team. room service was available.

TLDR: Total VFM in terms of rooms, location, and service for the amount you pay. Even the in-house kitchen menu is very affordable. Most of the guests are corporate employees, so you have good WiFi and a quiet rooftop (which also serves breakfast if you've opted for it).ROOMS: I had opted for a double bed room with balcony. The balcony was rather small but again, it was insignificant for me. I had taken that option solely because the rooms here get booked real quick and that was the only option available. There was a small kitchenette and several storage options. The hot water was a blessing, the washrooms are clean, although the bathing space in my room was very small. Beds were comfortable.LOCATION: I personally loved the hotel's location. It's close to St. John's Road, and a 5-10 mins cab ride from Church Street and a 25-30 mins ride from Indiranagar. As of Jan 2026, the building housing the hotel has a KFC on the ground floor, in case you do not want to order from the in-house restaurant. The area itself (to the right of the hotel) has several prominent restaurants. A mere 5 mins walk away is Thom's Bakery and Supermarket which can cater to both your eating and grocery needs.SERVICE: The service is impeccable. They are always there to help you with a smile, and in case you've forgotten any toiletries, the staff readily provides you with it.

I stayed at this property for three nights. The rooms were decent and there were no issues with cleanliness.However, throughout my entire stay, I was not provided with complimentary water or room cleaning services. I personally went to the front desk twice to request water. At checkout, I noticed that I had been charged for the water, and there was also a discrepancy in the billing.When I asked why I was charged, the staff informed me it was for the water. I explained that this was the water requested during my three-day stay, which I understood to be included in the room package. The staff then stated that I had not requested water or room service, which was incorrect. When I further questioned the price difference, I was told that tax had not been added to one of the charges.This lack of hospitality was disappointing, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. Additionally, the breakfast quality was not great.I would recommend that future guests clarify these points in advance before booking a room.
