The hotel denied the category I had booked which was a Double executive which was supposed to be bigger. They offered only the deluxe room and that was very horrible like a common lodge room and not anything like the pictures. I was forced to upgrade to a suite room which actually was just about ok. If booked from Agoda they will give whatever room they have not the one chosen from app.
