While the staff was very helpful and polite, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The room was poorly maintained — most of the furniture was old, and several things were broken. Worst of all, I found a bed bug, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and room upkeep need serious improvement. Despite the good staff, I would recommend avoiding this place until things are properly addressed.
The picture doesnot represent the real scenario. This is not a 3 star property. Old, badly maintained and small rooms. Torn out furnitures and foul smells.Pls note that all the good reviews are for their restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.Better not to trust the reviews by local guides.
