The stay at this hotel was top notch! I came for a business trip, and while I’ve been in many countries, I promise the service here is unmatched compared to other places I’ve been in the world, that’s how amazing my time here was. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive. I would like to give a special shoutout to Sushmita who made the entire guest experience absolutely incredible! 10/10 world class service, I would highly recommend to any colleagues, friends, family who are ever visiting the area. We had a really great stay at Courtyard Marriott this Valentine weekend. We pass by this property almost every day during our work commute and always wondered how it would be. This weekend we finally got the chance to experience it as we were looking for a nearby place to celebrate, and it truly exceeded our expectations.The guest relations team is absolutely exemplary. Even before our stay, Rahnuma connected with us over mail to check if we had any specific requirements. We truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the room upgrade.A day before arrival, Sushmita followed up again and also helped us with early check in, which made everything so smooth.Our check in experience with Sneha and Varsha was wonderful. It was seamless and the traditional welcome with tilak felt very warm and homely.The property itself is beautiful, especially the swimming pool setup which really stands out. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We also loved the thoughtful gesture of the wine bottle and fruits placed in the room.In the evening, we got the chance to visit the lounge thanks to Sneha. The food was delicious and the lounge ambiance is very well done.The next morning, the breakfast spread was amazing. Every dish was delicious, especially the chole bhature and salads which we absolutely loved. The desserts were also very tasty. It was extra special because we met Neha and Pushkar uncle who are from our home state Rajasthan. Their warmth truly made us feel connected and at home.Lastly, a big thank you to Neha for arranging a small cake cutting and for clicking such beautiful pictures for us and even suggesting different poses. That was such a sweet and memorable gesture.Once again, heartfelt thanks to Rahnuma, Sushmita, Sneha, Varsha, Neha and Pushkar uncle for making our stay so special. Each one of you added a personal touch that made our Valentine weekend truly memorable. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

I have just returned from a business trip to Bengaluru, and I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the Marriott. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire team’s attention to detail was truly impressive.The breakfast buffet was beautiful, and the food service was top-notch, I had to rely on the late snack due to long work hours and it didn’t disappoint. However, what really stood out was the personal touch and the "can-do" attitude of the staff.I want to give a special mention to Kankana at breakfast. Due to a miscommunication about times, I arrived 10 minutes after service had ended. Instead of simply turning me away, Kankana took full ownership of the situation. She kindly settled me at a table, apologised for the inconvenience, and offered pastries and coffee to ensure I didn't go hungry. Her focus on solving the problem and ensuring I still had a great experience was much appreciated.The team made my stay unforgettable, and I am already looking forward to returning in three weeks. Thank you to everyone!

Excellent stay guys. Rooms, service, location, in house facilities all superb. I should mention that Chefs here are lovely and will take care like the family. Breakfast buffet , on demand food, all is delicious. They can customise as per your taste too.Thank you guys for a lovely stay.Wanted to put the names of Chefs here for thanking them but not doing so due to protecting their privacy.

Chose this hotel for staying close to work and it was a great choice.I was worried about noise but the rooms were generally quiet.Rooms were very comfortable as all I needed was a great sleep and a hot shower. There is a glass wall between the shower / bathroom and the main living space which can be a privacy challenge (there is a curtain you can draw down) but I was solo and it did not bother me. It was a curious choice of design though.Breakfast was awesome with healthy options and a very wide variety.They also had live music during breakfast with someone playing the flute and the next day it was sitar. Was such a nice thing to experience after waking up and it set a calm tone for the day lifting any worries.Final highlight was the thoughtful memento (Marriott Bonvoy status depending). I will cherish it!Overall - a memorable and fruitful couple of days. If only Bengaluru traffic wasn't that terrible!
