Disappointing Luxury Stay

During our recent visit to the Courtyard Outer Ring Road, we noticed several areas that fell short of the high standards expected from a five-star hotel, despite the staff's commendable service. The comfort in the room was notably lacking, with a mattress that was too firm, resulting in restless sleep. Additionally, the dining options were limited in variety and quality, not meeting the broad and gourmet expectations typical of five-star hotels. The guest rooms themselves appeared outdated, with decor and furnishings that seemed old-fashioned and in need of renovation to meet modern luxury standards. Although the hotel's location is convenient, these issues make us prefer other accommodations, even if it means a longer travel time, as the difference in quality and luxury compared to true five-star hotels in the area is quite pronounced.

Apart from the very high price of 35k per night, the hotel is quite good. The food tastes nice, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My main issue was the WiFi, which was unreliable and made it hard to attend phone and online meetings. However, the staff deserve praise for reaching out to me after I had already checked out.
