Disappointing Staff Interaction

I had a terrible experience here. I lost my heels, and the morning manager was incredibly rude, insisting they weren't there and telling me to buy new ones. He was argumentative and dismissive. I was extremely upset. Only when I stood my ground did they give my heels back. The whole situation was handled poorly. I hope they seriously improve their honesty and respect toward guests.
