One of my worst stays. We booked suite room but the room was so horrible beds were not clean, washroom door didn't work, walls was so bad and dirty that we couldn't stand and when asked for another room they gave us executive room and when asked for extra bed, they refused asking us to pay extra or would clean that suite room. We had a toddler so had to check in immediately choosing executive room. Whichever the rooms, all seemed to be very bad, nothing works there, doors, taps, cracked walls and floor also service was poor they don't provide you anything. Please don't go for this stay.

Worst experience ever. While we were inside the room, the staff attempted to open the door using spare keys. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. There was no sense of proper hospitality. Definitely not recommended

Run-Down Hotel Experience

A Must avoid hotel, its a degrading old hotel not upgraded, everything falling apart. Damaged rooms, flooring, furniture, washrooms, add to that bad attitude manager with raising voice, no customer empathy. No training given to staff on how to behave. The management has given up on upgrades. Food is absolutely stale, tasteless. I still wonder how they are running this hotel. Function hall on ground floor is good, but the clothes they put on tables and chairs is hopeless and dirty (see images), since food is anyway Not good, your guests will Not be happy at all.Good thing is its location, surrounded by offices, eateries.
