Hotel Presidency

Our stay at Presidency Airport Hotel was fantastic. The hotel's location is very convenient, just about 5 minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. A major plus was the free airport transfer, which made leaving the hotel easy and stress-free. This thoughtful service added significant value to our visit. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding throughout our time there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with the housekeeping staff doing an excellent job maintaining tidiness and a pleasant environment. The service team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Shalet, Anil, Bappan, Renu, and Shakil for their warm welcome, genuine care, and excellent service, which made us feel truly looked after. Overall, our stay was comfortable, convenient, and memorable. Given its prime location, cleanliness, wonderful hospitality, caring staff, and free airport transfer, we highly recommend Presidency Airport Hotel to other travelers. Many thanks to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Had an amazing stay… The team was very friendly, warm, and supportive, particularly Divin, Anjana, and Adhil Suresh, who enhanced the experience greatly. The meals were truly tasty as well. All in all, a delightful experience and I would certainly suggest this hotel❤️

I went to Bar yesterday. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were polite and attentive. The service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with the fruit platter I ordered, which had watermelon, apples, and pineapple. The apples were fine, but the pineapple was underripe, and the watermelon smelled bad. The freshness and quality of the fruit platter did not meet my expectations. I hope the management will focus more on the quality and freshness of the fruits served, as it greatly impacts the dining experience. Other than that, I was pleased with the staff's behavior, service, and the ambiance. I hope to see better food quality on my next visit.

Google ReviewOverall, we had a very good experience staying at this hotel near Bangalore Airport. The hotel offers a good atmosphere, decent rates, and comfortable rooms. The room size was sufficient for a small family of 2’3 people. One of the things I particularly appreciated was the cab facility to and from the airport, including for early-morning or late-night flights. The charges were also reasonable, which makes the hotel quite convenient for families travelling by air.Overall, I and my family had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location near the airport, good service, reasonable pricing, and airport cab facility make it a good option for families looking for a convenient stay near Bangalore Airport.Recommended for families and airport travellers.

Excellent
