Hotel Presidency

Had a wonderful stay at Presidency Hotel in Kochi. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Arun N, Assistant Operation Manager, and his team for their excellent work. The reception staff was fantastic. Many thanks to everyone 🙏. The driver was also very helpful and did a great job. Thanks, Baai 😀 About our room - very clean, nice view, spacious bathroom, some complimentary snacks, clean linens, modern AC, etc. The Executive Housekeeper, Mrs. Shalet Anil, did an excellent job and was always helpful to guests. Truly appreciated. The hotel is very close to Kochi International Airport, within walking distance. It is a well-equipped hotel overall. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. We stayed at the hotel for both our arrival and departure, and it was very convenient. Joel assisted me with booking the rooms, explained everything clearly, and was available whenever we had questions. We are grateful for the airport shuttle service, and he was very helpful in fitting all our suitcases into one shuttle. Thank you for all the services.

Excellent communication through WhatsApp and email when booking directly. Customer service officer Juliat was outstanding, always quick to respond to questions, which makes you feel confident about booking this hotel. The room and bed were clean and practical, equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable rest and stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Indian dishes. The location is very convenient, situated nearly opposite Kochi Airport.
