Manager in afternoon to evening shift has no manner to talk... he said I looks to him as a water in any restaurant in Aligarh... very much pathetic behaviour... hotel owner should teach their manager how to talk to customers.

Very nice hospitality by staff and by Sohail. Very caring. I needed slippers and brush kit, they got it very fast.Very nice morning breakfast.1 issue - Light keeps going off in the Hotel and it takes time to restore light, and Wi-Fi speed can improve. Else, very nice

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to nearby markets and transport. The surroundings are peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day.The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic facilities such as air conditioning, a television, and a neat bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy during the stay.One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Their behavior made the stay even more enjoyable.The food served at the hotel was also good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the dining area was clean and well organized.Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
