One of the worst property to spoil your trip. Never take any chance to book this property. Its like gold coated charcoal. Rooms are old, most door locks are non working. AC s are of 15-20 yrs old, most of them does not work. Toilets are like public toilet, above all managed by inexperienced staffs and local boys. No one will listen your complaint, once you enter hotel. We had booked 7 rooms and each rooms are of same conditions, even after changing them twice. This means this hotel is bankrupt property, run by some inexperienced third party. Mostly booked by local tour organisers, so please se your itinerary before starting the trip, if this property name is there in the itinerary.

We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel as it could ruin your entire Uttarakhand trip experience. It might have been a decent place once, but now, while the exterior looks somewhat okay, the inside resembles a cheap hotel near a railway station, managed by very unprofessional and uneducated staff, mostly underage local boys led by an uneducated woman as manager. We struggled for three hours moving between three different rooms, but none were acceptable. The toilets are old, have a sticky smell, and the flushes don't work. The air conditioners are very old, either broken or without remotes. The staff behaved very poorly. We even had to involve the local police to get suitable rooms. Don't ruin your trip by including this hotel in your plans.

The place is very nice with friendly staff and a comfortable stay. I really liked it, especially Hema Mama who is very kind and polite. I prefer to stay at Park Prime.

The reception staff was quite impolite and spoke to us rudely when we raised a complaint about the room.
