The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the plumbing needs improvement as the water is dirty at the start of the flow.

I attended an event at PARK Residency Nilambur and the whole experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's staff showed great efficiency. Even with a large crowd present, the valet and security teams made sure the entrance was smooth and hassle-free. The property is stunning, combining modern luxury beautifully. The main banquet hall was very spacious, with clear acoustics, excellent lighting, and great climate control, keeping guests comfortable throughout the day. The layout was perfect, avoiding any sense of overcrowding. What really sets PARK Residency apart is its outstanding hospitality; the staff were polite, friendly, and very professional, skillfully handling the lively atmosphere. The event catering was also excellent, with tasty food and impeccably clean dining areas.
