We visited Pushkar Legacy for the first time, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely supportive, polite, and attentive. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to help with anything we needed.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The food was delicious with great taste and quality ’ we really enjoyed every meal.One of the best parts of this hotel is its excellent location. It is close to major local attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring Pushkar.Overall, our stay was comfortable and memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pushkar!

Couple • Feb 2026I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the building itself is well-constructed and modern-looking, the service falls woefully short of expectations. There's a severe lack of staff, leading to extreme delays in room service ’ simple requests took ages, if they were fulfilled at all.No welcome preparations whatsoever, neither in the hotel lobby nor in the room. You have to ask for even basic amenities that should be standard. The team clearly needs a hospitality course to understand guest needs.Breakfast was a major letdown: very limited food items that disappointed greatly, served in disposable utensils with no proper cutlery provided ’ they can't even afford basics?Overall, the poor service overshadows the decent infrastructure. I will never stay here again.
