The charge 1500 extra for 3 4 hrs and they did provide 3 bed room the manage to add one extra bed on cot and that was very embarrassing. Owner is good but the receptionist is very greedy he asked for 3500 for 3 hrs firstly.

Worst hotel to book for events if you are from outside Bhagalpur. Booked 30 rooms, for 5 rooms AC wasn’t working.Asked them to print the list of guests with room number, they denied, it made my whole event suffer and guests were sad.No room service, no water supplied on request.Overall bad service. Breakfast on the ground floor was so dirty. It gave a look of some poor dhaba.

If you are coming from outside Bhagalpur, this is the worst hotel to book for events. I reserved 30 rooms, and the AC was not working in 5 of them. When I requested a printed list of guests with their room numbers, they refused, which negatively impacted my entire event and disappointed the guests. There was no room service, and water was not provided upon request. The overall service was poor. The breakfast area on the ground floor was very dirty, resembling a low-quality dhaba.

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. If you're thinking about booking it for your wedding guests, don't do it. You'll regret it forever. The place is a total mess. The rooms are filthy, badly maintained, and nothing like what they advertise. They won't even provide basic things like drinking water unless you keep calling and pleading. The bathrooms are awful. I'd rather stay at a ₹500 roadside motel than spend another night here. At least that would be cleaner. The AC doesn't work properly. You have to repeatedly call the staff just to get it running, and even then it barely functions. If you request an extra pillow, cushion, or any basic service, they just ignore you. The staff is careless, rude, and totally unhelpful. Booking this hotel was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. If I could change one decision, it would be choosing this hotel. Never in my worst dreams did I imagine a hotel could be this bad. Save your money, save your guests from this terrible experience, and stay as far away from this place as possible. ज़िंदगी का सबसे घटिया होटल। अगर आप अपनी शादी में मेहमानों के रुकने के लिए इस होटल को बुक करने की सोच रहे हैं, तो बिल्कुल मत कीजिए। आपको इस फैसले पर ज़िंदगी भर पछतावा होगा। यह जगह पूरी तरह से बदहाल है। कमरे गंदे हैं, ठीक से मेंटेन नहीं किए गए हैं और जैसा दिखाते हैं, वैसा बिल्कुल नहीं है। पीने का पानी तक समय पर नहीं देते। हर छोटी-छोटी चीज़ के लिए बार-बार स्टाफ को फोन करना पड़ता है। बाथरूम की हालत इतनी खराब है कि ₹500 के किसी छोटे से लॉज में रुकना इससे कहीं बेहतर होगा। कम से कम वहाँ सफाई तो मिलेगी। एसी ठीक से काम ही नहीं करता। उसे चलवाने के लिए बार-बार स्टाफ को बुलाना पड़ता है, और फिर भी ठीक से नहीं चलता। अगर आप एक अतिरिक्त तकिया, कुशन या कोई भी सामान्य सुविधा माँगें, तो या तो आपको नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिया जाता है या साफ़ मना कर दिया जाता है। स्टाफ का रवैया बेहद लापरवाह और गैर-जिम्मेदार है। इस होटल की बुकिंग करना मेरी ज़िंदगी की सबसे बड़ी गलतियों में से एक था। अगर मुझे अपनी ज़िंदगी का एक फैसला बदलने का मौका मिले, तो मैं कभी सपने में भी इस होटल को बुक नहीं करता। अपने पैसे बचाइए, अपने मेहमानों को इस बुरे अनुभव से बचाइए, और इस होटल से जितना दूर रह सकते हैं, उतना दूर रहिए।
