Hotel Rajputana

We are two travelers (27 & 29) from the UK. We are doing a tour of India, and Ranthamborne was one of our stops.Our stay at Rajputana has been exceptional, I have never experienced customer service like it. Vishnu went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and has been so attentive to our needs. Small things he has done, goes a long long way. He went 30 minutes to get me a pen so I can write a valentines card... He specifically made western things on the menu for us.... gave us a discounted room because I wanted to treat my driver to a room so he can have a comfortable stay (the driver's boss wanted him to sleep in his hot car!)... told us where we can get custom art... facetiming our mothers saying this is our second home!... the list goes on.Not only is his customer service out of this world, but the rooms are amazing too. 5 stars experience at Rajputana Heritage!Rooms are very comfortable and very clean (not so common in India). Staff is simply incredible! The reserve us a building where we can stay all togheter (we were six girls). They also make express very good breakfast!

Vishnu ji was extremely awesome in all aspects. He offered us the best rooms, brilliant services and most importantly he made our buddy's birthday extremely memorable. He was helpful in guiding and supporting us during safaris, fort etc.. Definitely recommend this stay if you prefer a personalised treatment. Beautiful rooms and very well maintained stay. I recently stayed at this hotel in Ranthambore and had a wonderful experience. The food was truly exceptional ’ everything is prepared fresh and specifically for you, so a bit of prior communication is needed, but it’s absolutely worth it.Room service was excellent throughout my stay. The linens were clean and well-maintained, and the shower amenities were top-notch.Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel if you’re visiting Ranthambore. It offers great comfort, personalised service, and an experience that genuinely stands out.

Stayed here recently and honestly had such a good time. The check-in was super smooth, staff were friendly and actually helpful (not just the fake smile type). The room was clean, comfy, and had a nice vibe cozy bed, good lighting, and a view that was way better than I expected. Breakfast was solid too, with enough variety to keep everyone happy.Spent most of the day just chilling around the property the pool was clean, the vibe was relaxing, and the whole place just felt easygoing. Dinner at the restaurant was a surprise hit, food tasted fresh and service was quick. Overall, the hotel feels worth it: not over the top, but just the right mix of comfort and good energy. Definitely would come back.
